(1) Fill a pot with (50cl) water.
(2) Boil the water for 10min.
(3) When the boiled water is steaming then pour Odum Egwu powder and boil for another 10min.
(4) Fill the boiled content into a container and allow the content (herb) to cool.
(5)Then use the content measurement cup to measure specified quantity.
(6) You are to use the measurement cup to take the herb 3 times daily for 5 days.
Note: After 21 days you are adviced to go for a reconfirmation test of the ailment to confirm the efficacy of the herb.
